What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days provided the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For the protection of all customers, opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as a priority.
