You agree not to use this website for any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose, or in any way that may cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or behaviour that breaches these Terms & Conditions, Dar Al Oud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website at any time and without prior notice.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm (excluding English Bank Holidays). Messages may be left outside office hours. While we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, emails are handled in the order they are received.

PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
Dar Al Oud sells 100% genuine products only. We do not sell counterfeit items.
On occasion, we may offer products that are damaged or supplied without their original packaging or lid. Where this applies, it will always be clearly stated in the product description and does not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.
All images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly. Colours—particularly for cosmetic or fragrance-related items—may vary due to photographic limitations and screen display differences..
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to your shopping basket may change as you proceed to checkout, so please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT. If you use a translation feature, prices may display in another currency, but all charges will be processed in GBP (£).
Where prices are displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($), these are indicative only and based on an average exchange rate. At checkout, prices will revert to GBP (£), as we currently transact in GBP only. The final amount charged by your payment provider may vary depending on exchange rates. Dar Al Oud does not operate a price-matching policy.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Delta, and PayPal. Dar Al Oud is not responsible for any charges or processing fees applied by your chosen payment provider.
We do not store credit or debit card details. All card payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.
PRICING ERRORS
Product prices are as stated on the website at the time an order is placed, except where an obvious error has occurred. If we identify a pricing error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right not to fulfil the order at the incorrect price. In such cases, we will either contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and issue a full refund..
ORDER SECURITY & VERIFICATION
Orders may be subject to additional security checks at our discretion. This may include verification of payment details or address information. Dar Al Oud reserves the right to request an alternative payment method or cancel an order if required information cannot be provided.
In certain circumstances, the postage cost quoted at checkout may not fully cover actual shipping costs. If this occurs, we reserve the right to request payment of the difference before dispatching the order.
Dar Al Oud also reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities of specific items, or deliver orders to the billing address only, at management’s discretion.
PROMOTIONAL CODES & GIFT CARDS
If customs or import duties are charged once an order leaves the UK, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For UK orders sent via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked delivery, please notify us if your order has not arrived within 15 working days. For international orders, please allow 30 working days. Once deemed missing, we may offer a replacement or refund. No additional compensation will be provided for non-delivery.
Some destinations may have shipping restrictions that result in additional postage costs. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.
DATA PROTECTION
Dar Al Oud does not share your personal information with third parties unless you have given explicit consent or where required by law.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be submitted in writing by email to daralaoudoils@gmail.com. Where possible, complaints will be acknowledged immediately and in all cases within 7 working days. You will be kept informed of progress.
LIABILITY
Dar Al Oud shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering goods, or for any damage or defects caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
